About Our Strength Program
Together with Invictus Health + Recovery, we are happy to provide strength and conditioning classes focused on helping you become a more powerful and stronger athlete.
Dr. Grace Hach focuses on quality training and educating athletes on functional movement. Training will incorporate everything from stretching and warm-ups to long-term injury prevention, stabilization, and proper strength training.
Spots are limited to only 8 athletes in order to provide the best experience and opportunity for more one-on-one attention during the session.
