Her unique background and experience have led her to explore how mental and physical strength training can be used to get the most out of every training and racing experience. With a coach as a father, it is easy to see the apple did not fall far from the tree!

Jada is a lifelong athlete and accomplished triathlete herself. She started her running career as a collegiate cross-country runner in Macon, Georgia. Her love of running was a constant throughout her life, and she completed the first of her 12 marathons after the birth of her fourth child in 2003. After an injury, her athletic life expanded into triathlons where she found another athletic avenue to explore. She now has completed dozens of triathlons of all distances over the past 12 years and qualified for Age Group Nationals in 2011. In 2011, she also qualified for the Boston marathon for the first time. Over the past few years, she has also completed three full distance Ironman triathlons and looks forward to many more in the future!

Jada is ready to help you achieve your athletic goals as well, whether you are just beginning your athletic journey or a seasoned athlete ready to take your athletic goals to the next level.
